Marty holds the distinction of closing a large number of resale homes in excess of $2,000,000. She has been able to accomplish this by developing innovative custom marketing plans that work. Marty comes from a very successful sales and marketing career in Silicon Valley. She began selling residential real estate in 1995. Twice, she has attained the highest category award available from the Bay East Association of Realtors. In 1996 and in 2000, she was designated as a Grand Master. In 1999 she received the Master Club designation and in 1998 and 1997 the President's Club designation. In 2006, Marty was awarded for being in the top 5% of her brokerage. Marty holds a B. S. degree from Butler University and a MAT from the University of Louisville.

Marty lives at Castlewood Country Club with her husband and 13 year old twin daughters. Marty is past-President of the Castlewood Property Owners Association. Marty is a golfer and participant in Castlewood activities. However, Marty's top business priority is real estate and satisfying her client's needs.
